I completely missed my August update, and September isn’t going to get a proper one either. Life has been moving at a sprint: I wrapped up my summer class, jumped straight into a fall course, made a fast trip to Montana (SO out of my comfort zone, and SOOOOOOO worth it!), and finished the New York Times Summer Reading Challenge—which was a lot of reading.
And now we’re preparing for my husband’s big surgery. After eight years of trying every possible option for his ankle, the next step is finally happening: it’s coming off. That’s where my time and focus are right now.
So, no September post. But I want you to know: I’m alive. I’m okay. And I’ll be back with a real update soon.
